Terry and his wife Jan are year round Lake Lure residents and love it here. With a background as a former military pilot, Terry spent 20 years in the aerospace industry in contracts, sales, and marketing management. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and developed a strong background in international operations and negotiations. Terry has experience as a licensed residential builder, a certified home inspector, and spent several years as a builder’s representative. His experience includes home design, sales, and construction supervision; representing national home dealers like Wausau Homes, Lindal Cedar Homes, and Tennessee Log Homes.

Terry also offers many years of formal education with a BBA degree from Western Michigan University, and a Masters Degree (MBA) from the Siedman School of Business, Grand Valley State University in Michigan. Terry is also a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker.
